 Call Park Feature
Solution The call park feature allows a user to 'Park' or place a call on hold for retrieval from any phone in your office.

1) While on an active call, press the 'More' soft key displayed on the phone screen, then select the 'Park' option.
2) Record the 4 digit retrieval code.
    Note: the code is read back by an automated voice and includes the retrieval prefix of '2 3'.  Please disregard this prefix and record only the four digits that follow (i.e. 23XXXX, where XXXX is the retrieval          code.)
3) Go to any phone in the office, and press the 'Pickup' Softkey.
4) Enter the four digit retrieval code.
5) Parked call is now active on that phone.
